Most of the times I do and just use a nursing cover unless there are a bunch of men in the room. But if my in-laws are visiting for a week then I'll just go to another room. I'm sure it makes them feel uncomfortable. Plus, my LO likes to pull the cover and play with it so it's not always covered!
